The passion for creating sparked within Chef “Izzy” Francis Sy at a young age.

With a culinary degree in ICAAC, CIA Greystone, Napa, CA and his work experience with Morimoto & Kitchen Door, Chef Izzy is ready to share his love for cooking to his beloved hometown - Cebu City.
